Auto focus has nothing to do with shutter speed. If you have a manual exposure mode you may be able to slow it down. If not how about a night mode?

Point and shoots were made to be simple… they weren’t made for artistic shots. I suggest you start saving for a DSLR, or rent one.

If you have an ISO setting adjustment then try to set as low as possible, alternatively you could try and place a ND filter in front of the lens and the lessening of light will slow the shutter down.

take your camera into a dark place and push the button down half way so it sets the shutter speed low then take the picture quickly or just take the picture in a dark place

dude a lil bit above me that recommended getting a 360, shut up. 360’s are piles of crap.

now with that said. i had the same problem with vice city. mine i bought used. so i returned it. they gave me another one. worked for me. so you could try trading it into like gamestop. then buying a used copy and seeing if that works.

ALSO, try removing the memory card. maybe its your saved game. if the game works fine without the memory card, get a second one, and see if you can play through a little bit of the story again saving onto a different memory card.

If so, try using a scratch cleaner.

Just Press Ctrl+Shift+Del Key Simultaneously. It will ask you the Options. You can select that and delete it Off. Click on “OK”. Then check out.
