You didn't say how long you have had the car. Ca has a 3 day right of recission. You may have to pay for use of the car if you are within these 3 days. If the dealer ship did not get back to you with this loan info you may have a case that they stalled in getting the info to you because of fraud. I have had friends that have had the queeze put on them for a additional down payment. It took a lot of arguing but the dealewrship had to honor the deal.
